The Service includes course content, assessments, certificates, and related features.

3. User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Not share your account with others unless explicitly authorized

4. Course Enrollment and Access

Regarding course enrollment and access:

• Individual course purchases grant lifetime access to purchased content
• Subscription access is valid only during the active subscription period
• Enterprise licenses are subject to the terms of the enterprise agreement
• We reserve the right to update course content without notice
• Access may be suspended for violation of these Terms

5. Payments and Refunds

Our payment and refund policies:

• All prices are in US Dollars unless otherwise specified
• Payment is required at the time of purchase
• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase
• Completed courses with issued certificates are not eligible for refund
• Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period
• Enterprise agreements may have separate payment terms

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including but not limited to courses, videos, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Inspectioneering Training Solutions or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute course content
• Share login credentials or access with others
• Record, screenshot, or capture course videos
• Use content for commercial purposes without authorization
• Remove or alter any copyright notices

7. Certificates

Regarding certificates of completion:

• Certificates are issued upon successful completion of course requirements
• Certificates include a unique verification code for authenticity
• We maintain certificate records for verification purposes
• Fraudulent use or misrepresentation of certificates is prohibited
• Certificates represent completion, not professional licensure

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Use the Service for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Submit false or misleading information
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. COURSE CONTENT IS FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INSPECTIONEERING TRAINING SOLUTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inspectioneering Training Solutions, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
